There are quite a few threads about this, including one that talks about what some have found and how to fix it, if you do a search at the top of the site for "noise low speed"

here are just a few links you can look at

apparently its a mount near the front radiator for the cooling lines that vibrate or give off a harmonic when the fluids are forced through the lines.

ohhh boy -- only if it was just the humming noise.
I hear this vaguely and also hear / feel thumps almost every time I stop the truck...

Thumps... Do you have the 32 gallon fuel tank? If so that's your thump more than likely. It's fuel slosh... There are no internal fuel tank baffles to prevent this. Don't worry about it. Most report the problem is most noticeable between 1/2 to 2/3rds of a tank of gas. Another possibility... Spare tire is loose. I've seen a few rams with their spare swinging around quite violently. One more thing. Look around your interior, especially under the passenger seat. I found my factory wheel locks still in a plastic bag rolling around under there. These three things are are all fairly common.

Yeahh...I dont think it is the fuel because I had the same thing on my previous 2009 Sport that did not have the 32 gallon tank.
It is almost like a delayed transmission crippled shift...
IDK...I am trying not to pay any attention because otherwise I will freak out and give it to the dealer to fix and we all know how "well" they fix things...

Will check my spare though -- thanks

i had this issue before so i can feel your pain. it was brand new and i swear the thump would make me think someone tapped into my back bumper yet no one would be there. so i dunno
it just went away for me and when it was happening it was quiet rare. i was going to take it to the dealer but no reoccurance

the humming noise is fluid being forced through the lines ram is aware if the issue and is trying to come out with a fix due to customer complaints. my truck does the same theing at 40-35mph loud humming sounds like a wheel bearing almost. i contacted star on the issue (im a chrysler jeep dodge ram tech) and the reply was we are aware of the issue and trying to come up with a fix to solve problem
