Default Mygig lockpick frustrations

Purchased the mygig lockpick for my Ram. My wiring harnesses don't match up. It says to unplug the white connector for radio...all I have is a large gray one and a square gray one. No large gray and white. Anybody else have this problem?

Help

The One i got was a exact plug and play no problems with that. The only problem i have is every once and a while i have to disconnect the harness from the mygig main harness bc the radio functions will not work. ( volume, station changing, etc. )
