Question Help me figure this out

I bought a used 2011 Ram crew cab 4x4 last year. I could tell something had been done to it regarding a lift but didn't know what. It had 305/55-20 BFG TA/KO's on the factory chrome 20's on it. I measured the fender wells front and back to compare it to a factory 2012 Ram my boss just bought. Mine measures 38 1/2" front and 41" rear at the center of the fender well. My boss' factory '12 Ram 4x4 measured 2" shorter on all corners. I also measured from the center of the wheel to the fender well and got the same result, 2" taller on my truck. Do they make a 2" kit for front and rear like the leveling kit?

All of this came about because the BF's have since worn out and I am replacing them with some Toyo OC/MT's in the 35" variety. My tire guy and I were discussing fitment issues with the front etc. I got them installed today and they fit but had to do some trimming. They also rub a little on the A-arms I am told. (I have not seen the truck in person yet since he took it to work to do the tires). I plan to correct the rubbing on the A-arms with some wheel spacers and I have already ordered a 3" body lift that will be installed next weekend.

What are some things for me to look at to find out what may have been done to lift it the 2" in front and rear? I keep hearing that it should be a leveling kit but that it should sit level, not with a rake to it. here's a pic of it with the 35's on it for reference.

Any help would be appreciated!

There my be a body lift already on it. Not sure how to tell. Unless you crawl under and look at the body mounts and see if there is a spacer there. It may have either Bilsteins or some kind of metal or rubber "puck" on top of the springs. Closer pics of the springs/shocks and maybe body mounts would help us figure it out.

No body lift on it now. I already checked that out. I did find another post that listed some measurements that were identical to mine so that's what I am going to roll with. Body lift should be here Monday and will get installed next weekend. Unless I get too excited and decide to do it one evening!

And while I am working on it I may pull a coil spring to see what is really in there.

Truck looks nice, probably has level in the front and coil spacers in the back. Put in 4x4 and step on it, if you get a horrible wobble in the front end you know it has a level kit.
