Default Front License Plate Bracket

So I received delivery of my 2013 Ram last night. It was delivered to my home from a dealership in Michigan that did a dealer trade in Indiana.

From my understading Indiana does not require a front plate, however here in NY they do require a front plate. Does anyone know where I can purchase a front license plate bracket. I've seen them online but have concerns it will work on the 2013 sport.

Thanks in advance,

RJ

did you check around and made sure they didn't stick in somewhere in the truck. In cars they would throw them in the trunk, course there is no trunk.

I have seen them thrown in the back with the mats on dealer lots...there should have been one that came with the truck

I am in Ontario where a front plate is required.
There is no bracket. The plate is screwed into the bumper on mine.

I really don't like the idea of putting holes in the plastic. I wonder how long I can go before I get a ticket.

I checked out a few auto stores yesterday, but didn't like anything they had. I'm going to check with my local dealer on Monday and see what they have.

Thanks,

RJ

Wouldn't you have to put holes in the plastic anyway to mount the bracket?

Yeah, I just don't like the idea of putting holes in a new bumper. But, I think I'm going to have bite the bullet and do it.
