Default Fog in headlights

So I got my headlights painted but it turns out they weren't sealed properly and now extreme fog is happening inside the headlight. I was wondering if someone was willing to reseal them for good so no more fog will occur inside? If so, what would be a reasonable price to do both?

Probably the reason you have fog or moisture in your headlight is someone did seal them. Many bulbs have a weep hole in the bottom the light for moisture to drain out. If the get clogged or installed upside down this what happens.
