Default Noise when turning at low speeds!

I recently lifted my truck 6" bds and I have the steering stabilizers here is my problem when I turn the steering wheel at low speeds like when I'm backing out of the drive way or pulling into a parking spot the steering wheel has a whining sound and I don't know what it is. I had someone look at it but I can't really duplicate it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The only whining I can think of would be noise from the power steering
pump and it could possibly be transferring up the steering shaft. Did you
put larger tires on or are they still stock size.

Well after months of pondering what the noise was coming from I finally talked to a guy that his wife owned a jeep Cherokee and he told me that it is the hydro assist pump. he told me for some reason on some of the Chrysler vehicles they are notorious for this. im just relieved that it isn't anything that got messed up when I lifted it. it is a closed pump that sits down close to the factory stabilizers.
