Default Sunroof Frost

Hey guys, on my way home last night I noticed that my sunroof is completely frosted over on the inside.. All the windsows were closed, just wondering if this is normal?

I used to get that in my car sometimes. But it also had the sliding cover which when closed I think helped keep the warm air from when your driving off the window which is freezing when it gets cold.

This sounds odd.
What happens when it defrosts? Does it drip on your head?
Id get that looked at.
It sounds like a sealing issue

That usually happens when you have a bad seal. Do you leave your defrost on when you turn your truck off?

I parked the truck last night at school for 4 hours. The slider part of the headliner was closed. I slide it open (not sure why) and thats when i noticed the frost. I'm not talking a little frost, it was crazy, my finger nail wouldnt even scratch it off.

It did drip a little bit on the way home so I put a car wash towel on my console so nothing would get wet

I pretty much only use the defrost in my truck, so yea the defrost is on when I shut off the truck.

Leave the sunshade open and I'm pretty sure the frost will disappear. I've had numerous sliders and they all seemed to frost up when the shade was closed. If it was a seal you'd hear it and the roof might leak. Good luck!
