Default Help with heater problem

Most night have been below zero for the last month and this morning drivers side and defroster just blows cold air. The passenger side blows warm air. Is this a fix I can do instead of going to the dealer which is 3 hours away.
Thanks

Does your truck have single or dual zone climate control?

It's likely either a blend door problem or a heater core issue. Both will require a trip to the dealership. Is there not a Chrysler dealership of any kind closer than 3 hours from you?

Seems unlikely that it literally froze, but there could definately be a problem that kept the blend door from moving. The HVAC head may have stored a code for the problem. I would still recommend having the dealer check it sometime just so you can have the complaint documented in case it happens after your 3/36 coverage expires.
