Default lowering kit info

I'm new to the forum and new to Ram. I plan on lowering my truck. I'm having a hard time deciding if I want to just drop the rear 2 inches or do a full drop. Now which kit to get??? From my research it looks like Belltech has issues, but alot of people are still using it. Just curious what any of you guys with a Beltech/Mcg/Groundforce recommend and any do's or dont's.

The only issue with the BellTech system is the relocation bracket that they lack, however they are going to be releasing a relocation bracket in the upcoming weeks which will take care of the tire sticking out an 1/2" farther than it is supposed too With that said the kit everyone is buying from BellTech you can get HERE and to my knowledge we maintain the lowest price on this kit coming in shipped to your door @ $467.75!!!

Thanks
Jeremiah

Do you ever do any towing or haul much? Would I need helper bags?

I have the Mcgaugy's 2-4 kit that comes with the track bar relocation bracket. I also put in the air lift air bag kit but it doesn't really need it. I pull a 2400 pound enclosed trailer with a 1600 pound vw bug in it and have never put any air in the air bags. One thing I don't like about the air lift bags is they supposedly require 5 pounds of air minimum--which lifted the rear up about a half an inch.Messed up the look so now they don't have any air in them--The 5 lbs was so they keep there shape inside the spring and not rub against itself--If the wear out I'll rip them out.The lowered rear springs are at pretty close to the stock rate for towing

That's good to know. I don't haul much, but I do occasionally. I would rather not fool with the bags. The stance of your truck is perfect.

I installed the Ground Force 2" rear drop to level the truck. I've got a rock from side to side when I hit dips at high speeds (70-80), Which is very annoying. Anybody encountering this? I'm running Nitto 305/55-20 Terra Grapplers all around and wonder if this might be the cause. Rear is exactly level with the front, which has the stock springs.
Dan at ground Force has been great and Customer Service has bent over backwards to send out stiffer shocks to try to stop this, but I'm still having this issue.
