Default 2013 to older model headlight retrofit question answered

I stumbled across this today. The 2013 SLT's come with the current quad headlights....which means the 2013 projectors should bolt right in. If they're using the quad lights in some models then the wiring should be the same too.
My bet is its gonna be a plug and play swap.

Sweet...good to know. Now if they only don't cost something ridiculous like $1,000.

Great article, but man that is some raggedy ass paint on that truck. Look closely at some of the photos and you will see what I mean. My trucks paint is way way better than that. Also, why does it set so low? The truck does have some great features, but for a 4 wheel drive it sets way too low.

Probably will, but if not, it will become the most popular part in the parts catalog!

The lights look identical as far as fitment. Anyone know what the projectors look like? Depending on the appearance and price I might be interested as well.

On a side note....I love the new 17" wheels....finally I know what wheels I want! lol.

Someone on here did the swap from a '12 to the '13 projectors. They fit but he said they are not quite simple plug and play. It is doable though.

Okay yes they fit. They are not plug and play and the adjustment screws are in different places. As far as I can tell if you have the Quad lights even in a 13 you can't upgrade to the projectors without doing your own wiring.
