Default Adding power to 3.6 Pentastar

So I just bought my 2014 1500 last week, I ended up going with the 3.6 as opposed to the Hemi and I am very happy with it. However I would like to try and get a bit more power out of it if possible. Anybody know what the best mods are for quickly adding some power to this truck? besides trading for a Hemi

I also plan on eventually adding the Bilstein 5100's and some larger a/t tires in the future.

Any input would be great, thanks!

K&N panel air filter, insulate the intake with reflectix, do the "big three" wire upgrade (just google it). also, replace the stock rear swaybar with the 5.7 QC or CC rear swaybar.

Same interest in any performance mods. Did the dual exhaust which at least sounds badass, but even though it felt a little that it had a little more pep, no dyno results to back that. Znulrich, what gear ratio did you get? I did the 5100's and the larger all terrains and love it. Also the fastest/cheapest way to add some quick power is the tow haul mode. Really wanted a lifted 2500 but couldn't justify it being that I haven't even taken the time to get the tow mount installed.

Quick inquiry for you, the big three wire upgrade- this is still suggested for 2014 vehicles? (including the eco-diesel?)

suggested? never knew of any "suggestions." I just looked at the main wires and saw they were 4 guage and new there would be a benefit. Never thought about it for a diesel but I can see how it would perhaps do some good in better functioning of the ECU.

I too am interested. There is very little out there for the ram / 3.6 still. It's a very impressive setup and I have no regrets, but would love to increase power /torq on this already impressive platform if the options were available.

I am wondering how performance will be hit when going to a big bigger tires.

Hoping to see more in this thread
