I thought about doing this... however if i mess up the design worse then i am really screwed. Winter will be over soon then condensation should go away

My Question is why something as simple as the Front headlamp unit just not being sealed, seriously, what will it look like after spending 5 years running around the construction site on gravel and dirt and sand or just plain road dust???? often you will see headlamp off other vehicles that are supposed to be sealed full of crud, what will it look like when you been driving it that long on dry dirt roads and then get condensation from a cold night, next day hot and dry fields of dust????? I wanted these for my truck, think I will wait and see what happens with these.

If it's that much of an issue, I will trade you my quad headlights for your projectors.

I noticed a little condensation on the led part of the headlight... I'll have to check to see if it's in the hi-low beam section tomorrow.

I checked several on the local lot here and didn't notice any condensation. We've had some significant temperature changes of late-maybe they fixed the problem along the way. Dealer here is getting quite a few in with LED's all around.

Well after inspecting the headlights, I found there's only a little condensation on the led part. Hi-low beam section are fine.

I think your head lights have a problem, there's like snow in them LOL

Just kidding, but seriously that sucks.

That definitely does not look right.

There is no doubt that part of the problem could be that LED lights don't produce the same heat as a standard bulb. I have heard issues especially with LED tail lights becoming completely covered in snow when you are driving. A standard bulb will produce enough heat to keep some of the snow melted off of the lens.

I would not be a happy camper for sure!
