Default Lift vibration

I installed a rough country 2.5F/1.75R lift in my truck. Now has a vibration in front drive line when in 4wheel drive. Any thoughts ?

It is caused by the increased angle on the CV joint. To the best of my knowledge the only cure is to remove the lift or instal Kore high angle CV joints ($800). I have the same issue with my truck but its only at low speed and not so bad as long as I don't accelerate to quickly.

That's why some go to a "lift kit", they usually come with a drop bracket for the front differential which puts the cv joint back to stock location or eliminates the angle that levelling kits cause.

From my understanding, Some trucks exhibit the vibration in stock form (pre level) and it gets more noticeable after leveling. Some trucks don't have the vibration in either form. I just installed the same rough country kit and I have no noticeable vibration, before or after.

All correct.
I had the same issue on my 2007 when I had a 2.5" level...I swapped it out for a 2" and it's significantly improved. So that MIGHT be an easy fix for you...

I will be getting a 2013 Sport 4x4 this summer and plan to go with the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks as these seem to change front drive angles much less...and I would only run them at 2.1" anyway as opposed to the max of 2.8" lift...

I've never had any vibrations in mine with the Rough Country or the Rancho Quicklift Loaded setup I have now.

Thought I might add that if your wheels are packed with snow it will cause vibrations in the front end. I found that one out....
