Default Fuel injector trouble code

My check engine light came on a few days ago for injector 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and 10 control. This happened right after I replaced the heater core to my truck which resulted in the removal of the upper intake manifold due to how it cuts off access to the heater hoses at the fire wall. When I put it all back togethet and started it up it fired instantly but idled rough for a moment and settled down. I shut it off and checked my connections at my ignition coils and found that I didn't tighten the lower left bolt on the ignition coil bracked which has a wire that runs from what appears to be a switch to all 10 injectors. I tightened it down and started the truck back up and it initially idled significantly smoother but not quite as smooth as it normally does. I checked all of my eletrical connections at the throttle body and vacuum lines and everything checks out. Afterwards I checked that wire at the bottom left of the ignition coil again and found that it actually had oil in it. After a through cleaning I got it all out and the truck runs smooth, has the same amount of power it always has, and uses the same amount of fuel (9.6 if I'm going 80 on the freeway and 10.6 if I take it slow) so I don't suspect any injectors are sticking. The reason I'm posting this is the check engine light won't go off and it's annoying me, I tired disconnecting the battery for a few minutes with no luck. I had the code pulled after I did the above mentioned work. I really hope nothing else is wrong with the fuel system.

Thanks for reading and for any help you and give me.

Take off the battery terminals and touch them together. This will remove any stored codes in the pcm.

I'll get to it after Christmas. By the way, Merry Christmas!
