Default 2007 3.7 - Odd tick

I just picked up my 2007 last Friday. It has a 3.7 and 52k miles on it. The tranny fluid looks nice and red. It has had good service on the oil changes but it has been neglected a bit I believe.

It has some crappy Mastercraft tires on it that I am replacing tomorrow morning with some Firestone Destination LE2s because I am getting a great deal on them.

But anyway, I have pulled engines and transmissions before as well as replace U-joints and did tune ups so I am pretty familiar on what needs to be done. I have a tick or click if you prefer to call it that that comes at about 50 and will stop at 65. I can hear it from the cab of the truck but I can't pinpoint where it is coming from. It ticks at about a half-second interval. I cannot for the life of me think of anything that would be ticking at that interval. There no rocks in the tires and while I have not looked at the front U joint the back one does look fine. Its too slow of an interval to be in the tires and I would think too slow to be in the drive train unless its coming from the transmission. I do not hear it any other time unless I get up too speed. I also noticed that I don't hear it until the truck slips into overdrive but I am not 100 percent positive on that.

Any ideas are appreciated and thanks in advance!
