Default Custom headlamps for my 2012 1500 questions

These are the ones I want to replace the oem...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/300826336591...84.m1423.l2649

Was wondering if I need to replace the OEM bulbs too... was concerned if these blacked out light housings have decreased light output or reach because less reflection from the black paint in interior or light housing.. Any help or info would be appreciated.. Also are these plug and play??

THANKS!

If you use halogen bulbs... no...

if you want to switch to HID then stick to 4300 K it is the closest to daylight..
