I have the Mopar step bars on my 2013 sport (the regular ones)
I'm 360lbs and have a 6 inch lift on the truck and climb up on them and they seem to be solid IMO

Does anyone have any information about the wheel to wheel side steps for the longhorn. I am interested in the two tone and want the side steps to match???? I have seen the chrome side steps and they look sweet, however I am just wondering if I can have them match with the two tone paint...

Thanks,

Ed

Like these...are they after market? Got a part number? My dealer is pissing me off, they threw running boards in as part of my deal. When i went to check, they were the cheapest ugliest looking crap. Not what i was expecting from their website pictures. I picked up my 2013 Black Sport on Saturday so want to make sure i choose the correct ones.

Default Wheel to Wheel Mounting

Ok So I was at the Toronto Auto Show today and was looking at a RAM Laramie with the wheel to wheel side steps. Took a look underneath and snaped a photo. They are mounted to the frame and to the body.

You can see from the not so great quality photo how they are mounted from the frame and to the body. both underneath and off to the side

I was going to add them in my lone star till I saw a lifted ram and it had a triple step nfab wheel to wheel and it was cheaper. I do like those new steps on the few trucks that had them.
