Question Is it just me or the truck getting louder

I don't know if just me but my 2012 Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4X4 Big horn with the Hemi seems to be getting louder it has 8300 Miles on it the Exhaust seems to be louder now than when I first drove off the dealership.

I started up this morning it was 32 degrees outside I don't know if this has anything to do with it but years ago when I had My 1997 F-350 with the 7.3 power stroke it seemed to be louder on cold days also.

Colder temp. in the morning make the engine idle higher making the exhaust louder.
I can hear mine inside when remote start last couple days, -20F first thing in am.

I have noticed this a few times to but then I have shorties, custom midpipe, y pipe and a 14" maggie, but yes when it is cold I notice the truck being a little louder when idling untill she warms up

Thanks

OK, so it isn't just me. Mine definitely has more snarl out of the pipes now than it did new.

I have had my 18" maggy on for a few weeks now, and I swear it got louder the other day after getting on it! I Actually crawled under the truck when I got home to make sure I had no leaks!

I thought the Big Horn had a different exhaust to the Sport models. I test drove both at the dealership and the Sport seemed far more louder. The paperwork said Aggressive Rumble exhaust on the Sport but nothing on the spec. sheet for the Big Horn.

Anyone shed some light on this?

I totally agree.....I have noticed that the exhaust is also louder.....I just thought it was due to the cold weather.....
