Default Trinity question...

For those of you running the trinity... What have you found the best modified setup to be... shift points etc..

I've fond the best thing to do is get a custom tune from someone that knows what they are doing. I played with my trinity for a few days and finely got a custom tune from Sean at hemifever and its the best thing I've done for my truck yet

I got a tune by HemiFever as well. I ended up looking at the canned 91oct tune shift points, writing each one down, and modifying Sean's shifts to something closer to diablos. (Simply because I drive a quad cab 4x4) HemiFever tune is an excellent choice. The shift points, however, are tailored toward more strip than street performance. He will also bump up line pressure so that you have a quicker, more solid shift as well!!!!

^^^What they said. Unless you are VERY experienced with custom tuning, it's best left to a professional like Sean @ Hemifever (or another certified CMR tuner). You can do it, but it would take alot of research, datalogging, and patience. In the end, it still probably wouldn't be as good as a custom tune! It's worth the $125 bucks.

Run the canned tune until you get on the dyno. Also, watch your ST KR #'s, trust me!
