Default Hard starting after warmup, Fine when Cold

Guys, I have searched and searched for this type of issue but none has been a fix or found a solution. So here's my delima. If the truck has sat overnight she fire's up with the bump of the key but once i drive no matter the distance and it sits for 10min or more it acts as if its flooded or not enough fuel pressure and I have crank over and over and or give it gas to start. Here is what has been done.
Fuel Pump has been changed(expected clogged filter, or bad check valve)
Replaced to stuck open injector cyl#1 and cyl#3 all others were good
Spark plugs have been changed about a month ago
Fuel pressure Idle is 58-59lbs steady but drops faster than normal once shut off
Fuel Pressure key on engine off is 55lbs but drops faster than normal
The TB was cleaned with a soaked rag of carb cleaner. Did not spray cleaner at TB.
The only code I have is a P0430 which indicates a cat effeciency problem.
I did clear the code with all the repairs done, I see if it comes back on.
I have noticed this starting issue only happens after I have driven the truck and during/after fully warmed up. The last thing I have left to do is get the PCM reflashed/reprogrammed.
Anyone have any other Ideas that I may be overlooking or may know a possible solution?

Hello there,I have an 05 1500 hemi and have the same problems as you describe.I have done the injectors and the plugs, cleaned throttle body also.I have had no luck with it either.Mine has been doin it for some time.I hate to go to the dealership because I asked them once about it and they looked at me like I was high!lol A friend said something about an idle air soleniod.I have not done it yet,but about to go try.I seen someone else had a post on here afew months ago,he went to the dealership they had it a week and $1500 later and did not fix it. i don't want to go through that.Hope we can find out what the hell is wrong, let me know if this helps.

I have eventually fixed my hard starting and instant stalling. I had to replace injectors that would stick open and would not pulsate, that didnt fix my problem of hardstarting. I had replaced all my plugs, wires, ign coils, and still had problems untils I had my cats checked and they were clogged, replaced them and wam hard starting issues fixed.

There's no such thing as an "idle air solenoid". The Hemi PCM controls idle speed by varying the throttle plate angle.

I had them replaced since I didnt have a tuner nearby to disable the post o2 sensors. About removing the cats youll have to disable or turn off the post cat o2 sensors but ive read some have reported better perfomance and a slight increase in mileage.

This may or may not be the problem

I had a vehicle that started right up when cold, but after driving it for about 30 minutes, i would have to get a jump start or wait for a period of time before it would start again

It turned out to be the battery, it was under sized & CCA was not what the vehicle was suppose to have
I replaced the battery with one that used the whole battery tray & had the proper CCA
I never had any more issues with starting it after that

Seems the problem still exist for me, so here is my observation.
Morning Startup - perfect, then drive until warmed up, turn of truck and wait about 10 minutes, starts up but with a slight trying to catch, wait about 30 to 45 min then try to startup, catches to about 450-500rpms then stalls, re-attempt again it becomes a fight to get it started unless I have the pedal 1/4 to 1/2 depressed almost like performing a clear flood. I have done new plugs, wires, ignition coils, Injectors, cam & crank sensor. so my last step is a compression test as soon as I can get it into the shop. Ill know more then and hopefully I am not back at square one.
