Default 3000k hid headlight kits?

I have 3000k fogs in my 4th gen. I love the yellow and was even thinking about putting 3000k in my headlights as well, but I can't find a h13 hid kit in the 3000k, only 4300k and up. Looked at all major brands and coming up with nothing in the 3kk. Anybody have any ideas or solutions? I'm a lighting newb so I would like the setup to be as painless as possible.

I am pretty sure that below 4000k is only meant for fog lights. I am pretty sure that is how it is up here in Canada.

You will lose a lot of visible distance going to 3000K in the lows, and it's not recommended. For fogs it's perfect because you want a light frequency that will penetrate rain, fog, snow, and ice a lot better close to the ground; but higher up they lose too much distance and you'll be in a worse place during good weather. Now, unless you live somewhere that has constant morning fog or lots of rain... like Seattle, Vancouver, or London, then you should look at a higher rating.
