For experimentation sake, the lights are just eBay specials. 30watt/per light. I had to make up 1/2" spacers so that they would sit high enough - but that's all. Have about 1/4" clearance between the base of the light and the tranny cooler, about 1" between the backs of the lights and the rad, and tonnes of clearance(4-5") from the front to the grill.

Its been melting alot here lately so the truck and lights are too dirty to get a good picture of the light pattern - but once I get it cleaned up I'll post a few. My experience so far - when I flip these on, the lows/fogs become irrelevant. They cast a nice wide flood, illuminating both ditches and everything out to mid-highbeam range. They're actually a really nice supplement to the highs.

Oh - and there is 1/4"(ish) of clearance between the grille and bumper.

Do you remember what ebay seller you bought from?
Too many to figure out on ebay.
Thanks!

Its typically mounted on the bar/frame.
you will need to drill a hole to fit the bolt throw.
I always suggest painting the hole you drilled to prevent rusting.
A rattle can of rustoleum or the likes can be purchased at HD, Lowes, etc.

If you are looking for these lights, we carry this through Discount Auto through one of our suppliers.
let me know

They were bought as a pair (2x30w, 11") from eBay seller "online_shop22" for about $200 including shipping. I am not affiliated with them in any way, hopefully this isn't regarded as advertising - just an answer to a question asked.

If I were to do it again, I might go slightly smaller as they are spaced as far apart as possible, and still lose about 1.5" behind the vertical center bar of the grille.

Rather than trying to fish a nut up under the support, I used self-tapping metal bolts that I had sitting around.
