Default 2500 5.9L Misfire Mystery

2001 2500 5.9L gas 4WD 78,000 mi
91 octane of higher lucas every now and then

Changed plugs, wires, cap, injector, catalytic converter, O2, pcv, battery, 150 compression, fuel pressure in specs.
Misfires randomly from #8 to #6.
Have put two trannys and torque converters in this truck.
Cant make misfire go away.

What about the intake plenum pan gasket? Are you sure it isn't blown?
