They are not plug and play. At least one member here is trying to figure out a way to make them work, but as of this writing, I don't believe he's had any success.

I know Arth swapped his lights, but he has the quad lights instead of the duals like your express, and there was lots of splicing to do.

big horn headlights for 2013 are no different than big horn headlights for 09-12 (unless the wiring is different?). My buddy has a '12 express (duals) and swapped in quads (big horn) headlights no problem, they came with the harness and everything..

The old quad style are exactly the same. If you are wanting to upgrade from Duals to Quads they are a plug and play swap. I just did this on a buddies Ram...he bought my old quads.

The only issue I noticed is with the high beam. When the headlights were in my truck the Low and the high would stay on together when you hit the high beam switch. In his truck the low beam shuts off and the high comes on seperatly. They don't come on together like they are supposed to.

My guess is this has something to do with the programming of the computer.

RamTech, is there anything to your knowledge that can be done to correct this?

Maybe. I would suggest trying to change the option codes from the duals to the quads and then relearning the vehicle configuration.

Do you happen to know the option code by chance? I don't trust this dealer and I bet they will charge for something like this.

No, I don't. I would locate another dealer to try it of you don't trust this one. I'm not sure if this option can even be changed at a dealership level, so it's a gamble at best.
