Default Super Chips Tuning - Power vs. Mileage

I have a superchips tuner for my '04 dodge ram hemi...I have fooled around and tried a couple different tunes; so far the 91oct - power tune is my favorite. I tried the fuel economy tune for a couple months and I actually seem to have gotten better gas mileage with the power tune from my numbers. Just curious if anyone had any thoughts or had had similar experiences?

This is the same thing most people experience. Performance tune is the best cost/mile.

Superchip's Performance Tune has always done me right in the past.

It has been a pretty common experience for years that people get better mileage out of the performance tune than the mileage tune. Go figure.

I kind of just read nowadays more than post. I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to the forums anymore. Too much other stuff takes priorities over the forums anymore.

I have a new 2012 Dodge 3500 MegaCab dually with about 6,000 miles on her and looking to improve my fuel mileage better than 12.5mpg that I've been averaging. Any chip recommendations? And does that void any warrantee, etc?

Thanks, Rodd

i do not think the tuner will void warranty, but I am not positive; I have a seen a gain from from about 13 to 13.5 with the superchip; operation is simple and the additional features to read engine codes and adjust tire/gear ratio are nice.
