Default Tow hitch brands

I made an assumption that my new ram would come with a tow hitch, since I specifically looked for the trans cooler and bigger radiator on my spec sheet. You know what happens when you assume.
So now that I have the truck in my driveway, I am looking for a hitch. I don't ever see pulling heavier than 6000lbs, so I was going to go with the stock style class 3. These range from 75 shipped to 120 plus shipping. Are there any brands to stay away from. On ebay, they have magnus hitches for 75 to my door. I have never heard of them however. For 95 I can get a curt hitch about anywhere. I would appreciate any thoughts.

The stock hitch is class 4. Id go with that as onceyou start you typically wantto tow bogger loads.

Is a curt hitch the way to go then? I could have sworn I saw class 3, but I also though it was weird they would pair a 10000lb capacity with a 6000 hitch.

Did you decide on this? Curious what you selected. Why not just get the Mopar, which would be identical to factory-or can you?

Curt hitch 13333 is all you need. They used o be $75 on Amazon but I see they have gone up $20. The 10k rating is with an equalizer and the class III is strong enough for that. 6k without an equalizer is more than you are rated to tow.
