Default 2014 Tundra = Flop

I know, I know, we own Rams

Have to be honest, did consider the Tundra as a possibility before I bought the Ram. At the end of the day, I loved the Ram, Tundras are WWWAAAYYYY over priced and besides that, I couldnt see myself buying a foriegn vehicle. I have family that owns toyotas, last for 500k miles easily, but there still a foriegn vehicle. What kept it a possiblity was the fact they are built in Texas but still foriegn. Especially in the pickup market!

Anyways, they ruined the 2014. Should have left it alone if thats the end result. It has a Toyota Highlander front end and a Nissan Frontier rear end. Im sure the technologies inside are premium, but still ugly. They have tried so hard.............

You aint kiddin', Sean. I don't know what's uglier, the Toyota or the Silverado. Who at Chevrolet thought it was o.k. to have SQUARE sheet metal on the fenders? Dry heaving just thinking about it. LOL

Same. I have always disliked the Tundra's front end and cab shape and it isn't any better. Not sure which I dislike more, the Tundra or the Honda Ridgeline.

You mean you do not like those cute little bow ties? Me neither and not a fan of the tundra in any generation.

The tundra is built in the U.S. as far as I know but yeah they are ugly. I owned one of those chevy's with the square sheet metal and it was an okay truck, not enough room inside and not enough power though.

Im stepping out of the norm here. I like the Tundra. I just couldn't justify spending $20k more.
But I do like the '14

Chevy and Toyota are in it for the ugly truck contest. However, one of them is a guaranteed to win MT Truck of the Year next time around.
