Every time I see a Chevy truck, I imagine the man in the little room who sculpts the truck in clay before they actually build it. I see him about to cut away some clay to finish the look of the fenders, then BAM- he has a heart-attack and keels over. Later, when they take him away, they assume he is finished and put the truck into production. (as you can see, I have an over-active imagination!!) LOL.

too be honest most modern trucks are hideous

-2014 Silverado/Sierra
-All Tundras
-2012 + Tacomas
-Ridgelines (I know its unibody but honda is under the illusion that it's a truck)
-2014 Colorados are ugly
-Ford has announced the potential release of a compact truck (they's toyed with the F100/Ranger remake for a while but the new sketches are stomach clenching (especially since it might be FWD!)

*The only trucks I like in the modern era (2005 + )
-Frontiers
-2005-2011 Tacoma
-Titans
-2009+ Rams
-2009 Ford Fx4 or Fx2 series (other then that the Fords are ugly and I hate the interiors)
-2006 + Ford Rangers

I guess I prefer older trucks. Anything from the 60s to the early 2000 are my favorites. For example.

Gen 1 and 2 Ram (love to own an 88 Power Ram with the 360)
Gen 2 Dakotas
Fords fullsize from 1978-1995
GM C10
2001-2005 Frontiers
Toyota Hilux (80s pick ups)

I just like the boxy compact looks of trucks of the days when trucks had manual hubs, manual tranfer cases, big V8s or Unkillable engines an enough steal to weight the planet down. To me those were the best eras of trucks

Nowadays trucks come with smaller turbos, Manual transmissions or transfer cases are fading, Pedestrian collision zones mean most modern trucks look like a bloated balloon animal. They arent very appeal IMO.

All I needed to know about the Tundra:

Trucks that can't be used as trucks - yup, that's a Toyota.

To be fair, that could probably happen to any truck if the right dumbass got a hold of it, lol. Doesn't change the fact that it's still ugly!
