Default New exhaust, fixed belt slip, 10lbs of boost

The exhaust I had finally bit the dust so I went back with a whole new custom Magnaflow setup. Same piping, stainless 20" mufflers plus replaced the high flwo cats with the Magnaflow cats. I also fixed my belt slip so now my supercahrger is netting 10lbs of boost. I can feel the power.. she dyno'd exactly 500 at the wheels on 6lbs of boost on a 102 degree day. My setup gets 30hp at tthe wheels for every lb of boost so I'm pretty confident I'm over 600 at the wheels now. Here's a short video of the new exhaust sound.

Impressive! Was the 4 core radiator a requirement for the amount of boost or would a 2 core work with 4 or 5 lbs?

It's a 3 core Ron Davis Racing Radiator. It's probably a little overkill but everything is built to hold horsepower up to the point the block cracks.. (everything will support 1400hp, but the block wont). All I have to do is raise the boost, but at 10lbs I'm about 650 wheel horsepower. That's all I need to be happy.

Here's a new video with much more real time sounds and throttle. (The fun starts at about 1 min in)

Wow..I wonder if prochargers will still be availible when I finally need to rebuild my 5.9. I don't need a race truck just a bit more efficiency and towing power.

Thanks for sharing the videos.

Thanks Okiespaniels. She's a driver. I do about 10k miles a year on her. Good luck on your build.
