Default Loss of power

I have a 1999 dodge ram 1500 2wd with a 5.2L. The problem that I am having is a loss of power when going up a SMALL incline and a loss of power when pulling. The truck feels as though it is pulling a fully loaded car hauler even when it is just pulling a 6X10 ft empty lawnmower trailer. I have replaced the plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, and coil pack. I have also removed the catalytic converter completely, replaced the solenoids, fluid, and filter in the transmission. The injectors have been removed and cleaned and the fuel pressure has been checked. And the rearend has been changed to lower gear ratio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
