Default who turned the lights out

Saturday night I left the truck running and ran in and dropped my daughter off at gymnastics, came back out and turned lights on and no instrument panel lights or running lights. Headlights, brake lights, turn signals, and check engine lights all work.
I checked all interior fuses, and fuses under the hood, also replaced headlight switch to no avail. Any other ideas?

Parking light relay? You replaced switch so that's out and relay is all I can think and replace fuse any way sometimes they don't look bad and somtimes are.

Could be the multifunction switch, if the headlight switch didn't fix it then it has to be the multifunction switch in the steering column.

The 94-97 Ram headlights/parking lights do not run on a relay. Only off of a fuse.
