Sounds like it would be a hell of alot easier and cheaper to just buy an entire rear axle housing, axles and all, then just pop in the gears you want. Wonder if i can find a totalled out R/T in a pick your part.

the rear axle housing is a Chrysler 9.25 as older model , it is inside that change, ZF carrier , different ring gear bolt size, axle is longer in the right side and short in the left side compare to the same length on the older ram 2010 and lower and different carrier spider gear configuration

I'd like to know more about what you used in the front . I have a 2010 1500 4x4 . and getting parts for the back end is easy , everyone has them . I just ordered a trutrac carrier for the back Friday . However I can't find a any thing for the front .
I need carrier changes because the current differentials are both "OPEN"

The only option for the front is an "open" carrier....yay dodge I also suggest a real locker for the rear.

Aftermarket support is terrible and the support you do have is expensive. May find yourself in another truck sooner than later like this guy!

on the 1500 model , the front diff can not have a locker or anti-slip, because our truck have ifs and it gonna break the joint in the axle

That's not it at all. It's the weakass aluminum housing Dodge uses....Ford, Chevy, Toyota, Nissan...etc can all use a some sort of traction device whether limited slip or locker in their IFS applications. Some even have the option of air and electric lockers. This is a Dodge issue. They even graced us with making a simple gear swap a pain in the ass.

Btw my open diff front end snapped an axle. That's the big weak part of the IFS.

I read on another forum where a member gutted his '13 rear end and installed all new axles, carrier and R&P with 4.56's. Cost was about $1300. Not too bad considering the dealership wanted to charge me $1250 for a stock R/T set up (carrier and 4.10's.)

I wish I would've known all of this at the time I did my gears. I definitely would've had all the internals changed, so that I could have used a true trac or something.
