well guess your 11 was messed up cause you could cook an egg in my 11 i have to turn the heat knob 3/4 of the way to cold after its been on for like 5 mins

and as far as your wife's feet rub them man jesh lol

Do you still have a warranty if not then ya you got a bad seal if your getting frost in it

Do you have the auto climate control or turn dial? Mine is auto and if you put it on the deforst/floor it will run you out.

My 06 was like this drove from Los Angeles to SLC Utah and mine and my wifes feet froze the whole time, at 70MPH and up i could actually feel the cold air blowing in from somewhere under the dash. but now that i got my 2010 ram CC its like an oven above 75 degrees.
