Don't replace the coils unless they are bad. You'll just be throwing money away.
Replace the plugs with the same as oem, and check to make sure the gap is set correctly on them(refer to owner's manual for plug type and gap).
Transmission service, I did a write up, see here: (I'd suggest using mopar filters)
I used filters from advanced auto but in the future will use the mopar filters. All the info you need for gaskets, filters, fluid, and how to do the job, etc, is all in that write up.
Rear end service if you have an open diff it's basically just pull the cover off, scrape the gasket mating surfaces clean, and reinstall with new gasket(or rtv gasket maker), then refill. Refer to owner's manual for fluid type.
You ought to replace the pcv valve too, it's inexpensive and will help prevent oil leaks down the road.
Also could take the TB off and clean it up and the sensors it houses. Be careful some sensors can be damaged with certain cleaners. I'ts smart to get electronic parts cleaner.
