Default Truck keeps dieing after tune-up

Today I did a tune up which consisted of plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. When I was done I didn't realize I had each wire plugged in one up from where it should be on the distributor cap. So I tried to start the truck and found I messed up. So I fixed the problem and she runs great.
Up until the first drive where my motor died right in an intersection. So I fired it back up (it starts up just fine after it dies) Fired it back up and pulled into a parking lot where I let off the gas and the truck died again, fired it up, drove five feet and it died again, did this three more times before I got home.
(It only does it when I let off the gas)
I'm at a loss here.

I am going to go with fuel pump regulator... Seems it has enough to start and idle and go, but if the regulator cannot drop pressure back to idle to compensate for the amount of fuel necessary to keep the vehicle idling. Then the regulator is bad.... Just a thought

Well the last two days it stopped. But I do notice that every time I start the truck, the RPM's rev up and then down to almost dead and then it steadies off at idle rpm.
