I want to do the same...except I want to have the front seats swapped in an SLT to get the heated/cooled seats in the upper vehicles...subscribed.

I sure wish it was an option on the sports! Then again if they would make a Laramie Limited with a color key grill and no saddle bags on the back of the seats....well there would be a Sport with heated rear seats.
I'd like to think it would just be a matter of taking the components from a Laramie and drop them into the sport.

Adding rear heated seats is probably the easiest option. Just get a heated seat kit, run the wires to back of the center console (as with the factory setup) - either buy the factory switches or mount the ones that come with the kit. The rear seats do not tie to the factory climate system for coming on automatically so the only thing you won't have is integration with the radio display screen. I'm swapping out my interior in a couple of weeks and plan to add them.

thought about buying the aftermarket kit and using a factory switch only thing is aftermarkets kits work on a rocker switch not a push button switch, as to why im hoping all the wireing for them is already in the truck then its a matter of adding a set of pads and switches. but im told some have sensors in the seats that make it not possible.. anyone with a laramie willing to open up the rear panel and snaping some pics of the switches and connectors and pics of the seat connectors as well.
