Just a heads up to try and order as much as you can from factory as its cheaper than getting it installed from dealer. Get the Window sticker price of your truck and take about 14000 off that. That's about what you should be at.. May even be close to 16000 now with extra rebates
Oh there is no 500$ for sub box that is a dealer $in pocket there. The sub is included in the sport premium group

You are correct - the only model that offers true leather seating throughout the cabin is the Longhorn.

The Sport and Laramie (non Longhorn) offer identical seating materials. A mix of leather and leatherette (upgraded vinyl)

You should check out another thread called "what did you pay for your ram". If you look there you will see what a lot of people actually paid for their sport or laramie. After that it might confirm that $53k is way way too much to pay for a non-heavy duty truck. I have a 2011 Sport and got it a little ways into 2012. My truck is loaded (nav, heated/cooled seats etc. sport hood) and I got it for under 35k. Out the door was right at about 35k. I know youre looking at 2013s and the tranny and nav were upgraded etc. but for what you are talking you should be able to find something in the low to mid 40s at least. There's my 2 cents

Let us know what you decide to go with. I have a 11 Longhorn and recently purchased a 13 Longhorn. I really enjoy the truck and it really comes down to what you want. The Limited is also a very nice looking vehicle and I may have to look at that the next time....LOL... Thats if Im not divorced first.........Good luck and please let us know what you decide.

I just spoke to a dealer in Calgary and for any Americans who don't know, it's on the West Coast of Canada whereas I'm situated on the border with NY state.

A guy up there made a proposal for me. $44,900 + TAX (13%) shipped to me in the Sport, fully loaded to the tits - upgrades everywhere. The icing on the cake? A 3-day paid trip to Vegas.

He's beating my local guy by nearly $3,000 + a trip.

Update: My local guy came down to $44,800 and I removed the CD player and sports hood to bring me down to $43,875 + taxes. Comes with all else. Monthly payments over 5 years with the $16,000 down is $625 tax in.

Now I'm fighting for a better warranty package. It's $1950 + tax for the extra 5 year/100,000km extended warranty or $2700 + tax for the 5 year/120,000km extended warranty.

It already comes with the 3 year/60,000km bumper to bumper + 5 year/100,000km powertrain.

Just so our American friends aren't too confused Calgary is actually a fair long way from the west coast of Canada. About a thousand kilometers if you were driving. But then again I've heard that Toronto is actually the center of the universe.
