Default Fog Light Adjustment

As the title states, is there a way to adjust them? One of my fogs looks like its set back by almost a inch in the bumper compared to the other one..
I tried pushing the housing from behind but its dam near impossible to stick my hand behind there with all the plastic covers.
Any input appreciated..

You will have to slide under and have a look. I was under mine the other day and there looks to be a bunch of adjustments that can be made to fogs on the 13's.

May need to wait a bit until things either dry up and freeze over, been so slushy past few days as you know...

well crawled underneath, looked at the fog light, pushed real hard from behind the bracket\housing of the fog, thing just flexes back and forth, i can see day light come from between fog light opening in bumper from behind, not so much on the other fog light. its like the bottom of the light is set too far back..
