The EVIC reads "6th" gear when putting it there in manual mode, but your truck will automaticly cycle through gears 1-6 depending on driving needs. It auto shifts to the highest gear YOU have selected in manual mode, but the EVIC will only show you what the highest gear selected is.

Would be pretty cool if the EVIC screen changed automaticly with the gears though!

Agree on out of wack. My steering wheel was turned to the left when bought truck. Took it in, they straighten it no problem. I asked if they checked the tow-in? No, no time allowed. Watch your tires for scuffing or if it pulls bring it back. Um...ok.

Yea ramtech buddy I was just trying to say if it were caught by the dealer & recognized as owner error then that would suck that cliff would've had to come outta pocket for it. Does it make it right no but neither does leaving a store after paying less than you should've been charged & not saying anything. I'm sure everyone on here has done that at least once. It's clearly your issue for modifying your vehicle. That said I was told after my dealer had an auto body shop attempt to fix my paint / body issues on my brand new spec ordered laramie crew that came off the hauler that way I was told by Chrysler & I quote
"Since your dealer is satisfied w/ the repair, we are & no further actions are required". W.T.F! Thats a joke not customer service. So that said I trust no one & I switched dealers to a slightly better one. Chrysler can kiss my U know what. Thats not how you take care of a customer that just bought a $40 thou plus vehicle outright! It sucks that the company only pays for as much as they feel necessary but I know their plight my employer does the same to me. Thats why chrysler & the other auto manufacturers found them selves w/ their hands out for the bail out from uncle sam....

Well the truck is back home and seems to be 100%. I drove it for a bit with no issues what so ever. When i picked it up i was met with a 125$ bill for the spark plugs, which i wasnt happy about, but it is what it is...
