I know what you mean. It seems like 50% of our customers are tool bags as well. Especially the ones that think they know something about automobiles.

I know your not calling me one and i never said anything about you i said dealers and the service guys not the techs they always try to blame stupid shit so they dont have to fix stuff.

If you can explain to me how led lights in my hood scoops can fry my pcm then i would love to read this info.

And i also said my new dealer is great unlike my last one

And alot of your customers do know shit about cars they are just taking to the dealer because its under warranty.

Like the sprayer for the washer fluid on my hood broke can i fix it yes will i buy the part for 50 bucks no ill get it done for free.

If it were just new plugs because the old were wet why not just dry them out. Clearly once your in there & 16 of those spark spitters are out ya might as well replace'em but I can't contemplate what caused them not to spark in the first place. I remember your original post you said you let it sit like all day in the street. That should've been long enough to dry them out. So now I question your air flow. Did they mention anything about your intake like your tb needing to be reset? If that sucker was closed up all the way ya may have created the perfect storm for soaked plugs & even though the plugs may have been fine they would've never fired off even when arcing. Huh why no go w/ a new truck. It ran rough threw codes for misfiring then soaked itself w/ fuel. Something isn't right here. It could've been just crappy plugs but why all the sudden & why multiple failures? Hey how many miles are on ol'cliff? & when did you throw the tuner in & on what tune was she running on? Just curious. Rest assure friend the dealer as friendly as they seem made note of all things modded on that truck & will at all costs attempt to back out on repair warranty issues trust me.
the truck has 23,000KM's on it, and as for mods, i have a catch can and y pipe... and the tuner was set on milage boost, and it has been on the truck since the day it was release for the 12's

I brought my truck in for a clunkin transfer case and/ rear end the service manager told me the first time it was a traction control switch so they replace it and it wasent the problem obviously... So I bring it back again and they tell me it's wet brakes... Idn if the service manager was just givin me excuses out of his ass or maybe he tried googling the problem for a fix... But all I know is that my truck is still ****ed so I'm gonna have to wait for it to Granade for them to realize what the issue is.. Maybe I'm a tool bag customer i donno. But I know the difference from wet brake to something messed up mechanically. And I to fix my own shit but like said above why would I do it and spend money on parts when it's still under warranty?
