And ram i apologize if you think that was at you i myself am a tech and it was more towards the stupid service writers.

As far as my one point my hood lights causing my pcm to go bad we were arguing about it and in fact a tech came out and told the service writer he was wrong.

Not sure how dodge works but i know between the time i write down whats wrong and he goes to our service writer and then the customer alot changes.

Sometimes the service writers or managers or salesman have not a clue which is why the techs should talk to the customer.

Hers a point of fact i was listening to our service guy explain to a customer why his inner tie rod was bad and the guy was like WTF are you talking about .

So once again not a shot at you just some dealerships are crap like i said dealt with the bad one 2 times went to new one and been there 6 times and could not be happier

We can damn sure agree on that. I can't count the times I've caught an advisor telling a customer something that's completely untrue just out of sheer ignorance. I have yet to meet one that won't make up a BS answer instead of seeking out and asking a tech for the right answer.

There are plenty of dealerships out there that deserve bashing, and I'll be the first to admit there's times when mine deserves it as well. I don't have a problem with it if it's deserved and not made out to lump everyone together.
