Default Flomaster super 10 or super 44?

I have a '12 ram 1500, with the 5.7 Hemi, and my birthday is next month so it is a perfect excuse for some more goodies for my truck my truck came with dual exhaust so I know I'll be running them out the back. After researching quite a bit I've made a few choices.
1 I'm going to go with true dual
2 I want a deep aggressive tone (but I know a stright piped hemi is too loud and hi pitched)
3 I'm going with 5 inch black tips
So my question is simple super 44 or super 10? I love the Flowmaster sound and reputation, both offer an aggreesive loud sound. Has anyone got either on their Hemi? If so please share any insight you have, thanks in advance.

Heres a picture of what its going on, so far I have a leveling kit, fuel throttle 20x10, Toyo open country at 33 12.50 20, bushwacker flares, Tsc toolbox. next after the exhaust is to replace the chrome running boards with black ones

here is the 40 series on my hemi

I would love to hear the 10 series in person, I think it would sound wicked. but my 40 series is plenty loud and aggressive for me.

Thanks for sharing the video, sounds good and looks fun! I seen on one website the 10 was for offroad only because of the volume, but my cousin has staght pipes and never has got stopped for them around here so I think I could get away with them... maybe, just have to not floor it around cops

ya I feel like flowmaster says that to save their ass and there are plenty of louder trucks than mine out there that don't get stopped. You just can't be actin a fool around the police. I've never had a problem with the police with my exhaust...in my area at least I feel like they only stop ricers with exhaust..not trucks. (makes my friend so mad that my truck is way louder than his car, yet he's gotten tickets for exhaust)

I will tell you my exhaust guy (who has done my previous truck, my grandfathers, my uncles) suggested the 50 series for our trucks...now...as much as I'd like to think he WASN'T just trying to sell me the more expensive set up, I think he was. He was trying to tell me I'd be SACRIFICING power with the 40 series, and even more so with the 10. Anyone on the forum will tell you that you most likely won't gain much performance with flowmasters, but you certainly won't lose any. So he talked me out of the 10, and I ended up with 40s (again). Sometimes I wonder what it would be like If i stuck firm and told him to do the 10s.

I talked with my exhaust guy today he recomended the 44s, over the 10s said it'd sound a tad redneck lol. I see alot of people on here are partial to magnaflo, guess i can check them out as well. More power is always nice, but I'm not planing much more then exhaust and intake so its not like I'm drag racing it so not a major selling point.

The 10 is going to be obnoxious. I would go with a 40 like gonefishin did. I had it on my 04 and it sounds great

mine was around $450, so sounds about right. And that's exactly why I didn't mind payin that much...his work is so solid. I can't tell you how many people I see with a saggin tail pipe...i would cry. My set up was sturdy as hell.
Now I'm not sure the difference in the 40, and the 44...but I'd imagine they are quite similar in sounds. The magnaflows won't be NEARLY as loud so if you want loud, I wouldn't recommend those. They are good for tho helping performance. that is, unless you want to go a semi quiet muffler and do electric cut outs and choose when you want it to sound like a monster
