I drive Super Duties for work, I want to go home and rip on something that I don't see everyday. Plus I'm from a Dodge family, I would be mocked to the end of time if I made the switch from anything else. Another good reason is my '07 protected my fiancee and me in a bad accident, so it seemed only fitting to get into another one that will be able to do the same again if ever needed.

benn driving rams since 2003. loved the 5.9 cummins. we all know what mr. epa has done to diesel, so this time it was a little 1500 4x4 with a hemi. still loving it.

Another thing that sold me on the Ram is the 5.7L, yes it has amazing power and the MDS can save some MPGs in ideal conditions but when I drove the '13 Sierra, it felt lazy, it had decent power but it didnt want to get pushed. Compare to the Hemi, it likes cruising around but it also likes being pushed more.

I also like that the Hemi can be had in more base trucks (ST/SXT) trucks as for in the ford and GM trucks, you cannot have the ecoboost (not that I would have one) or the 6.2L in base trim (This is Canada, I believe in the states you can).

390 hp, 407 lbs of torque, 17 MPG. Pretty easy choice. My last truck was a 2010 Ford FX4 Crew Cab with the 5.4 loser in it. The RAM motor just blew it away, and I didn't want an ecoboost. I love the new 4th GEN body style. After the first few months of owning this truck I was a little hesistant on it, now I just enjoy driving her. Hell of truck honestly, best truck I've ever owned. Will definitely buy another RAM in the future, maybe like 10 years though

I just prefer on the 4th Gen Rams vs the competition
-The dash layout
-The floor mounted shifter and its gates
-The front seats
-Quad cab config over the suicide doors of the competition
-The exteriors of the SXT, Big Horn, Outdoorsman and Sport over competing Trim Levels
-Hemi Power in all trim Levels
-MDS before the competition was offering it
-Power Wagon over the Raptor
-Cummings with the last available Manual Tranny'
-Rear Suspension not using Leafs Springs
-Factory installed Dual Exhaust on some levels.

So many reasons to buy the Ram,
I like the 4th Gens the most,
then the 1st Gens,
then the 2nd Gens
then the 3rd Gens, but they are nice trucks compared to the competition.

I bought a Ram because I fell in love with the red Ram from the movie Twister. After that never considered any other brands. It was a love at first sight, and I've only really started learning about the actual advantages the Ram has over the other brands since I bought my truck.

I love Twister one of my favorite movies of all time. I especially like the part where he is driving and Helen Hunt looks at his speedo and he isnt going fast enough so he just floors it. Gotta love hearing that 8L V10 Viper engine Roar. Amazing truck!

1) I had to have the hemi!!
2) Best looking truck on the market period.
3) the best Chevrolet could offer me with a 20 grand price tag was a plain ol' V-6 work truck.
4) Not a fan of Ford trucks, didn't even bother to look at them. As for Nissan their truck is ugly and overpriced.. But I do know from owning 5 different Nissan hardbody pickups that ranged from 1986 to a couple different 1990 models, that you can't break them if you try. Very well made cars/trucks. Toyota can suck..... They can keep their overpriced butt ugly trucks.
5) When I test drove my truck I could not believe how well it handled. I am pretty happy with the build quality, especially for what I paid.. BUT as time goes on I keep finding small things ranging from bed alignment is off by an inch, front bumper cover is a little "off" too. My metallic paint is tiger striped and that's all I really can complain about. The truck still puts a smile on my face everytime I drive it, so 19,600 bucks well spent.

when I bought my Ram back in 05 i have never had any experience owning a full size pickup. So the day I was just 'looking', i had planned to look at all 3 (dodge, ford, chevy)...I needed a new tow vehicle for my boat and I wanted to get a truck instead of a minivan/suv. I'll admit that the hemi marketing at the time was really cool and that did influence the decision a little bit. But the deal they gave me was unbeatable, even better than a base 4.7 qc I was considering...
