From my understanding the base OS will be/or is QNX which is being used in the new Blackberry Z10. This has a two fold effect and opens up a whole world for app developers for automotive related consumer wants and expands QNX app selection which right now is very weak when compared to iOS or Android.

To all my fellow Canadians who are upset about not having apps for our market, they are coming - if not by the carriers then by the aftermarket.
I did find an older article on the high level architecture: http://www.sae.org/mags/sve/SAEWC/9495 and I registered on the QNX development site but hadn't gotten beyond the registration. Looks like you will need to tie into the CANbus to read. I would like to research what the LockPick is actually doing and if there are ways to subscribe to all messages on each bus then filter out the ones I don't care about at the moment.

Is the limited slip really more of a mostly slip rear end? And
Why didn't the traction control kick in?
I wouldn't get one without it.

It shocks me to see how many of the Ram trucks on dealer lots DON'T have the LSD.
It's a cheap option and worth every penny and then some to actually have power going to more than just the passenger rear tire.

I drove a non LSD one today and from a stop, pounding the gas, all you got was some tire spin on the right rear tire.
407 lbs ft of torque all going to one tire on a truck where most of the weight is over front and not enough on the rear.

Retahhhded not to have the LSD option.

LSD will act more like an open diff, most of the time. If you're in a situation where you need traction to both wheels, apply your brakes a bit, to even out the pressure, and give it gas. That should get power to both wheels....

I guess I was assuming the traction control would have at least sensed
that the wheel was spinning and took care of that for me? Im lazy lol

Mine has an open rear. Prob going to put a trutrac in it at some point which im pretty sure can only be installed in open rears. LSD's are better then nothing but their function really is stupid.

Just thought I'd give an update on my sport.
I had it in to the dealership this last weekend
And Monday they replaced the radio-computer
Or whatever. I picked it up today and I still had
Issues with the USB not playing, even though
The radio showed it was. (Volume was in fact
Turned up :| ) also lost my Bluetooth connection
For my phone twice, and 2 times while I was
Trying to stream music. And of course the temp sensor.

Seems the issue must be somewhere else... Maybe
A bad ground connection somewhere?

I have the same issue with my 2012 Ram Sport. Did you find out what was causing your problem with the vibration at 2000 rpms?

Other issue is very occasional the system says "to hot wait for it to cool" now seeing as its been -30 each time that's happened not sure how its to hot lol..
With all due respect, living in Ontario with all the salt they dump every winter having all that salt grinding into moving parts for the air suspension and all the wide fluctuations in temperature and humidity, the idea of air suspension just makes me cringe. Living in the lower 48 where temps are more constant is one thing but hopefully this doesn't become total grief for you.
