i have a 99 dodge ram 1500 magnum sport quad cab 6.5ft box. I've noticed some rams of the same year have the rear door. Am i able to take off my panel and put in a door? someone please help its super hard to put the baby in the car seat!!!

I am guessing you would have to spend about $3000 to $4000 ??? or more ???

your best bet would to buy a used cab corner with the door or a complete cab with doors and have a bodyshop install it .

with adding a door to one side , you have to understand how complex of a project this is .-- cutting , welding and painting -- non of which is cheap .

I think it would be better just looking for a quad or crew cab truck in your price range and trade for it .

think about what your trade is worth and what you were willing to pay to have a door added .

You say you have a quad cab? wouldn't that already have the 4 doors? Or do you have an extra cab where there is a seat behind the front row but no doors?

I also think it would be a very costly project to add a door and like already mentioned might be easier and more cost effective to look for a quad or crew cab in your price range.
