Default Fuel Octane 20x12 stock suspension????

Here is the issue, Im in the process of purchasing new wheels for my Ram (07' 1500 quad Cab SLT ). Want to purchase the Fuel Octane 20x12 -44offset and wrap them with Nitto 305/50 20 tires. I currently have stock suspension and Im not sure if Im going to have rubbing issues with such a high offset. I also want to install a 2.5" front leveling kit to level the truck out. Is anyone familiar with iisues while installing wheels 12" wide and -44 offset.

Sorry, have no advice for this one. Maybe the guys in the Lifted section could possibly help you out.

I honestly don't see how it would be possible. I have 20x10 Fuels and I don't think they would've fit on stock size with -12. I am going to run 20x12s once my new bumper comes in for more clearance. So with my 8" and a new bumper i'll finally clear 20x12. I just don't see how a stock truck could clear them... but thats just me.

Thats why I was asking the question. Will the 20x12 -44 stick out to far and rub the bumper and wheel well. Just trying to make sure of any issues before I purchase the wheels. Hopefully someone can help.....

Ram725, do you have any wheel pics with the 20x10, thanks.

Probably the largest you are going to be able to get with no issue is a 20x9, if you do a level and have the proper offset you should be able to bump up to 20x10, 20x12's you are going to need atleast a 6" lift with bilsteins, or procomp zx2014 to get up an additional 2", or you could do a 6" lift and a 3" body lift, but the key here is getting to atleast 8" of lift and possibly still have some trimming to do to fit a 20x12, only guy i've seen here do it with no trimming or replacing of the bumper was fastNugly, at one time he had the 6" RCX lift, bilsteins set to 2.1 or 2.4, and a 3" body lift for a total of 11" and the 20x12's fit just fine (this is if I remember right I am pretty sure he had the 20x12's)

hope this helps

Thanks
Jeremiah
