Default Rear coil spacer install help

I put the bilsteins up front macaws at 2.8 and my nose is a little high, so to make sure I don't put too much stress in the components, I got aim top guns 1.5" rear coil spacers. My question is, are these a DIY install? I am mechanically inclined but not a mechanic. Is there anybody who can give me some instructions or direct me to some instructions? Thanks in advance.

Yeah it prety simple. Jack up the rear of the truck by the frame. The sway bar and the shocks are basically holding the whole axle in place. Once you disconnect the lower ends of the shocks you will need to support the axle. Disconnect the rear sway bar and the springs will almost fall out. Hope this helps. I installed the tgc 2.25 rear springs along with the bilsteins all the way around I have a small rake. The truck look tough.

I'm 16 and did mine by myself in about 2 hours. It's pretty easy
