Default Squeaking problems!?

hey guys,

i was wondering what i can do to get rid of this annoying squeaking noise! my friend and I were off roading and cross a river that wasnt to deep. But its was fine after we cross and then the next day it started squeaking. its coming from the front in the coils. when i turn the wheel it squeaks, any bump i hit it squeaks and it sounds like a 60 yr old car thats rusted! if ya have any suggestions on how to get rid of it please let me know. the squeaking is killing me!

Start by lubing all the grease fittings. If the noise persists, have someone turn the wheel while you locate the noise. Once you find it, you can lubricate or replace the component as needed.

I had this problem on my 04 and I greased, oiled washed and cussed it to try and stop the problem. best results were to pressure wash the spring and control arm area. I bought my son a 01 and his squeaked real bad. we changed the ball joints and it cured the problem. added spring boosters to my o4 when it started and it helped so I suspect the the noise is a combination of ball joints and sagging springs.

Any moving part in the front suspension has to be suspect until you can rule it out.
