The rear rotors are about 1/2" larger in diameter than the fronts, the size of the caliper is just different since these trucks are front brake biased. I picked up the EBC pads and rotors for my '09, and they're showing the same parts number for all '09-'10 as the same ones for my '07, but not showing anything for the '11+ in the same rotor type, so I don't know if there's a difference in the later 4th gens or not, but I can't see there being one since the hubs and axles are the same.
