Maybe mine aren't aired up completely or something but i put a piece of cardboard across the top of the tire and measured where it intersected the tape measure, and it came out to 33.75" I might re measure with a second set of hands to make sure the cardboard is completely flat, because it was kinda hard with the tape in one hand and the cardboard in the other.

The weight of the truck compresses the tire a bit...tire measurements are done inflated but not bearing weight. A better measurement would be dead center of the hub/wheel to top of the tire (radius) and double that. Most 35s are 34.5" to 34.8 - a few are actually true 35".

yeah I know that. I'm just sayin when it's all said and done and the truck is sitting there, I'm only at slightly less than a 34" tire. Doesn't matter what the size is with no weight on them

Okay. So can I just get a quick Answer. ... was the o.p. truck accomplished by doing bilstein 5100 in just the front, or front and rear? If front and rear are you maxing all four shocks?

just the front. I don't think they even make adjustable shocks for the rear

Yup, just the front. If you want to lift the rear you have to use a coil spacer. Most people run the Bilsteins at 2.8" (maxed). But if you're going to do that I would recommend a 1" rear spacer as well otherwise your truck is probably going to look like it's squatting.
